FAQ
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll review the issue and make it right.
How do I know which size to order?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Fits may vary depending on the piece, so we recommend using the measurements provided for each product.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties or import fees.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started, and STRDM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
