We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll review the issue and make it right.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started, and STRDM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
